And now here in Acts 28, the storm ends not with dry land in Rome, but with soaking-wet survivors dragging themselves onto a strange beach. “Once we were safe on shore, we learned that we were on the island of Malta.” And what we’re going to see is that Malta was never the plan, but it was always the mission. God will use the detours to reveal His power, if we’re willing to keep walking.
